Organ Recital by Ralf Ayling-Miller, Organist at St Mark's Church, Bromley

Ralf Ayling-Miller began learning the organ at the age of 11 with Christopher Fletcher, organist at Plymouth Cathedral.  He went on to Wells Cathedral School and studied under the guidance of Matthew Owens, organist at Wells Cathedral as well as holding an Organ Scholarship at St John's, Parish church of Glastonbury from 2008 to 2012, playing in Salisbury, Wells, Hereford & Exeter Cathedrals and churches around Somerset accompanying evensong with the choir.

Ralf completed his studies at Birmingham Conservatoire under Henry Fairs who had been Director of Music at Bromley Parish Church.  He is now a freelance musician and one of his first appointments has been as organist at St Mark’s Parish Church, Bromley.

He will be playing at St Paul’s and Peterborough Cathedrals when the Bromley choir sing there in 2017. Ralf has also been accompanying adult and school choirs in the Bromley area.
